The OHSAA mandatory parent pre-season meeting for any athlete in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in a Fall sport for the 2019 – 2020 school year will be held Monday, July 22th at 6:00 pm in the Meadowbrook High School Auditorium. This meeting is for High School & Middle School Football, High School & Middle School Volleyball, High School & Middle School Golf, High School & Middle School Cross Country and the High School & Middle School Cheer programs.
All athletic paperwork and policies will be discussed at the meeting. Beginning this year, all paperwork (besides physical forms) will need to be completed online through Final Forms (electronic paperwork platform). In order for a parent account to be set up in Final Forms, one parent/guardian of each athlete needs to provide a working email to the head coach of each sport. Reminder, all electronic paperwork and an updated physical form need to be completed before August 1st or the athlete will be unable to practice.
